Few aid workers I met honestly believe in what they do. Many do this job for the wrong reasons. I consider myself one of the misfits in this field. I created this blog to share my opinions with all of you out there who believe that we can make a change and that there is still hope for humanity.

- Khaled Khalifa A professional aid worker with more than 12 years of progressive experience. I worked in various settings in eight countries namely: Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Indonesia and Malaysia. Over the last five years, I worked in senior managerial positions with four international organizations. I have an MA degree in English Literature & Humanities and a Project Management diploma. I also graduated from Sphere ToT number 12. I am a trainer. I trained a good number of aid workers in humanitarian ethics and values, Sphere, standards in disaster response, etc.
